DASH Sports Summer Track & Field camps provide participants with practice in several areas including: sprinting, throwing (javelin and shot put), relay running, long jumping and distance running. Emphasis is on technique and proper form. All players will be timed/tested on the first and last day. Camp consists of many different types of physical activities, drills, and games, all tailored specifically to enhance overall track and field performance. Campers should wear sunscreen, bring a water bottle, snack, and wear athletic clothing/shoes.

AM/ PM Camp only registration includes 2 hours of themed activities. Full day option includes both AM and PM camps as well a variety of activities including a daily special recess, snack and lunch provided by Nutrition Services AM Camp only Dynamic Duo club 9:30am-11:30am The Dynamic Duo Club: is all about partnership, teamwork, and cooperation. Kids pair up to complete fun challenges, games, and creative activities that can only be solved by working together. From relay races and problem-solving games to art projects and imaginative missions, every activity highlights the power of teamwork. PM Camp Superhero Academy 1:30pm-3:30pm The Superhero Academy: is a imaginative club where kids create their own superheroes, develop special powers, and work together to save the day. Through games, crafts, obstacle courses, and role-play, students explore what it really means to be a hero—kindness, teamwork, courage, and helping others. Full Day AM + PM Camp Dynamic Duo club + Superhero Academy 9:00am- 4:00pm Full Day opportunity includes AM & PM camps as well as a variety of activities including Recess, Daily Special (fun themed based activity) and an afternoon snack. To ensure classes run as scheduled, registration for all Youth Enrichment programs will close the Wednesday before the start date. Be sure to register early to reserve your spot!
