Class will be offered through Zoom and on the days you want to attend, Kelly asks that you sign up through SignUpGenius so she has an accurate attendance of who attended each class. Once you have registered for the class she will email you the SignUpGenius link to sign up and the Zoom link to attend. Not only will you rock it to fresh pulse-pounding music, we also target the 3 major muscle groups – upper body, abs and legs – so, you’ll feel it where you need it! Tuesdays alternate between Strength60 or Flip Fusion Strength60: A hardcore mix of standing and floor work targets the major muscle groups to build strength and carve your curves. Weights, tubes and natural resistance engage your muscles while red-hot playlists distract you from the burn. Flip Fusion: We pump up the power in this circuit-based class to work every angle of your body. Focused muscle pumping sets will challenge your strength, and the short but amplified dance moves will crank up your cardio. Core on Fridays Your stability, strength and determination will be challenged in this 45 minute ab class. Designed to tone your core and then stretch and strengthen your muscles, this class will leave you feeling strong, refreshed and re-energized.
