What a beautiful cookie! We will make and assemble 3 different flavored cookies with yummy fillings. Each student will take home a lovely box of cookies to give as a gift (or just eat them yourself!). Supply fee paid to instructor in class: $13.

You'll begin by preparing vietnamese summer rolls served with both hoisin and peanut sauce for dipping. Vietnamese spring rolls follow made with pork, chicken, and glass noodles stuffed in rice paper, fried crispy, and served with the classic nuoc cham for dipping. You'll then prepare Pad Thai blending the vibrant flavors of Thailand with rice noodles using chicken, eggs, chilies, garlic, basil, scallions, bean sprouts, sesame oil, lemon and crushed red pepper flakes. For dessert, refreshing Thai lime custard topped with fresh whipped cream. Please note: this class will be held at Roseville Area High School in the new cooking classroom. This class is non-refundable in the event of weather cancelations.
