FREE entry for all shoppers! Hunt for treasures you need and want while giving gently used items a second life at this one-stop-shop, garage-sale-style event. No need to drive all around town searching for sales! Learn about sustainability efforts in our district and our community, and find out how you can contribute. Order tasty bites to eat from Gastrotruck, a local food truck that's committed to locally-sourced ingredients and sustainable business practices! Bring along your new or gently used kitchen items that you no longer need! We'll be collecting kitchen utensil donations for Bridging, a local nonprofit, during this event. We can accept can openers, mixing spoons, spatulas, kitchen scissors, pizza cutters, dish towels, hot pads, oven mitts, measuring cups, ladles, whisks, vegetable peelers, and tongs. Sellers, Crafters, & Vendors: Spots are open to individuals, families, non-profits, crafters and small businesses. We especially encourage those selling gently used items, products that reuse or recycle materials, or those who use sustainable packaging! This sale is a great opportunity for anyone doing some spring cleaning, families who live in apartments and are unable to host a garage sale, local crafters, or anyone who loves to thrift! Register here by Friday, April 18 to reserve your spot in the lot. Cost is $25 per spot for sellers. Each spot is 2 parking spaces in size (roughly 36 feet long x 9 feet wide). Each seller can reserve up to 2 spots (which would then be 4 parking spaces in size). Arrive for setup between 8:00-8:45am and get your spot ready. Sell, sell, sell! Policies & Safety for Sellers: You can park your car in the spot and sell items out of your trunk, or you can bring your own tables/chairs to set out! Tents are also allowed to protect from the sun or light rain, as long as the tent stays within your allotted space. We do not have tables, chairs, or tents available for rent. After the sale starts at 9am, cars must stay in the designated sale area for the duration of the event, so that we do not have cars driving through the sale area where pedestrians and shoppers will be. Plan to hang out and sell until 2pm, unless a weather cancellation occurs. Sellers are required to take any items that don't sell back with them. We plan to run this event rain or shine! We will notify you by 6am on April 26 if the event is cancelled due to the weather forecast. If inclement weather appears during the event, we will call off the event for safety of all participants. No refunds will be given due to weather. Please note that we reserve the right to turn away multi-level marketing businesses, or any business selling products/services that do not align with our district's values. As we are on school grounds, items sold at this event must be family-friendly (items related to drugs, alcohol, etc. are prohibited). We are so excited to you have you join us! :)Parking Lot Layout: Size of seller spots:
