Learn How to Play Mah Jongg - Beginner II
Picking out a hand is one of the biggest challenges a new player faces when playing Mah Jongg. This class will focus on strategies on how to pick out a hand and 'punting' (changing hands mid-game) when playing Mah Jongg using the current NMJL card. Students provide their own 2025 NMJL card. Learning materials will be provided. Prerequisite: Completion of Learn to Play Mah Jongg Beg I or similar course. Registration for all class sessions closes 3 days before the start date.Late Registration: If you miss the deadline but are still interested, you can contact the Community Ed office by emailing us at CommunityEd@isd623.org or calling: 651-604-3770. Space may be limited, but we'll try our best to accommodate late registrations.Refund PolicyIf you need to cancel your registration, in order to receive a refund, you must notify Roseville Area Schools Community Education at least one (1) week prior to start date of the class/event/camp/activity, and that I will be issued a refund minus a $5 service charge. Registrations are not refunded in the event of a weather cancellation.

Sing! Dance! Act! Join us right after school as we play theater games, learn music and choreography from musicals, and act out a short script. Each session will feature new material, so new and returning students are welcome. Through the performing arts, students will develop imagination, social skills, and a positive self-image. Friends and family are invited to a special performance beginning the final 30 minutes of the final class.
