We’re excited to bring the calm right to you! Join us for fun, easygoing yoga sessions designed to fit your day—whether it’s a quick stretch break or a full flow. Every class will focus on movement, mindfulness, and positive energy. No pressure, no perfection—just a chance to reset, recharge, and feel good. Get ready to roll out your mat and be part of this new wellness experience right here in our space!

Squeeze away stress and feel calm anytime! In this hands-on wellness activity, students will create their own squishy stress balls using simple materials like flour, rice, or play dough. These stress balls are great tools for calming down, focusing, or managing big emotions—and they’re fun to make too!

Are you ready to get your groove on? Our Dance Party is all about getting active, shaking off stress, and celebrating the joy of movement. Students will groove to fun, age-appropriate music while building coordination, confidence, and a sense of community

In this week-long “Me Days!” club, students will focus on their own health and wellness through fun, calming, and energizing activities. Each day promotes self-care and balance with experiences like music yoga, hydration stations, and mindful listening walks both inside and outside the school. This wellness-focused week helps students build healthy habits, improve self-awareness, and take time to care for their minds and bodies in a supportive, engaging environment.

Ready to recharge, relax, and reconnect with what matters most? Campers will explore personal well-being through fun, calming, and meaningful activities such as breathing exercises and mindfulness sessions, and creative journaling.

Travel the globe through play! Students will discover traditional games from around the world including Luta de Galo (Brazil) and Batu Seremban (Malaysia).

Come dance with the Roseville Dance Team! Open to boys and girls ages 3 -12. Come learn new dance skills and two fun routines in which you will perform alongside RDT in our annual winter show. Participants will be provided snack/lunch during the clinic as well as a t-shirt that they can keep and will wear for the winter show performance. Check in 10-10:30am at RAHS lower gym lobby, Clinic starts at 10:30am-12:30pm. Participants will stay with the dance team, then perform in the Roseville Dance Team Winter Show of which doors open at 12:30pm and the show begins at 1:00pm. The show should last 90-120 minutes. **PLEASE NOTE: All Registrations after 1/9 will not receive a T-Shirt

Get ready to relax and sparkle! In this hands-on camp, kids will make their own nails, soaps, essential oil blends, lip gloss, and more. Each day is filled with creative projects that teach self-care and encourage imagination. It’s the perfect way to unwind, get crafty, and feel fabulous from head to toe!
