In this 4-day workshop, children will create original characters like a spirited island girl and cheeky coconut creatures, as well as traditional Polynesian flower crowns. Have you ever wanted to do something kind just to make someone smile? During Kindness Crafts, we will create special projects to spread kindness and brighten people’s days! You’ll make kindness notes, design shrinky dink keychains, write heartwarming letters, and even build a kindness board to share ways we can all be kind to one another. Is your child creative and crafty? In this class, Nena will teach students how to sew! Students will learn about basic techniques, different sewing tools, types of stitches, and how to use a sewing machine. They will create a sketch of garments and sew a project of their own design. The ocean is calling once again! We will choose our characters, learn music and choreography from Moana 2 and create our own musical! Learn how to properly speak your lines, block a scene, develop your character and much more! We will also play fun, creative theater games. We will be exploring different types of poetry from haiku to spoken word. Use shrink plastic to create beautiful pieces of art! Students will be making all kinds of shrinky dink art and crafts such as keychains, jewelry, self portraits, favorite characters, and more. In this class, we will be adding personal photos to remix the project! Students can bring personal photos to shrink as well as use pre made templates. Let's get creative!

It’s a slime takeover! In this camp, slime is the main event. We’ll explore different slime recipes as we create tons of gooey, sparkly, stretchy, messy goo. From an out-of-this-world glitter solar system slime, confetti cake slime and bubblegum scented slime, we’ll make a different slime during each day of camp. Hakuna Matata! In this fun-filled camp, students will learn the basics of acting, singing, and musical theater dance while rehearsing songs and scenes from the hit Disney classic, The Lion King. Come sing and dance along to such songs as “I Just Can't Wait To Be King,” “Hakuna Matata,” and more! Family and friends are invited to a special performance on the last day of camp. It’s springtime and that can only mean one thing: SPRINGTIME FUN WITH YOUNG REMBRANDTS! If your child enjoys the outdoors, they will love the upcoming Hummingbird lesson filled with color and whimsy. We’ll be drawing all season creating motorcycles, boats and even the butterfly life cycle!
