55+ Defensive Driving - ONLINE
55+ DEFENSIVE DRIVING - Online OptionLearn about defensive driving and receive a 10% discount on your car insurance for 3 years. You can take the 4-hour course every 3 years to continue your discount. No driving test required. Preregistration is required at least two weeks prior to the class date.

Classes will be held in-person & Livestreamed on Zoom. Once you have registered for the class, you can choose which way you want to participate. Each day you will receive an email with the link for the Zoom class so you can choose to come in-person, or dance in your living room! All in-person Jazzercise classes are held at Aŋpétu Téča Education Center, 1910 County Rd B W, Roseville. Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays: Cardio SculptA high intensity 60 minute mix of dance-based cardio and strength training for a calorie-crushing total body workout. Not only will you rock it to fresh pulse-pounding music, we also target the 3 major muscle groups – upper body, abs and legs – so, you’ll feel it where you need it!Tuesdays: Sculpt60Sculpt60: A hardcore mix of standing and floor work targets the major muscle groups to build strength and carve your curves. Weights, tubes and natural resistance engage your muscles while red-hot playlists distract you from the burn.Wednesdays: Interval CardioSculptOur signature dance-based class format with a metabolism-boosting twist. Alternate between high and low intensity dance-based cardio intervals (HIIT) for 40 minutes followed by 20 minutes of strength training and stretch. This class will have you working at your maximum to burn calories long after class is over.Fridays: alternate between PowerSculpt45 and Vital HIIT45PowerSculpt45: We pump up the power in this circuit-based 45 minute class to work every angle of your body. Focused muscle pumping sets will challenge your strength, and the amplified dance moves will crank up your cardio.Vital HIIT45: This invigorating HIIT-style class promotes strength, vitality, and long-term hormone health with a science-backed blend of targeted sculpting, high-intensity cardio, and functional movement training.No in-person classes on the following dates (online class only): November 28 December 22, 23, 26, 27, 29, 30

Afterschool Multi-Sports Camp with DASH Sports

DASH Sports Multi-Sport camp includes fun skills training and games in three sports: Soccer, Flag Football, and Basketball. Campers come out of this camp with a great understanding of key skill components and gameplay of each sport. Athletes should bring a water bottle and athletic shoes and clothing. Balls and all other equipment are provided.

Squeeze away stress and feel calm anytime! In this hands-on wellness activity, students will create their own squishy stress balls using simple materials like flour, rice, or play dough. These stress balls are great tools for calming down, focusing, or managing big emotions—and they’re fun to make too!

Junior Raiders Dance Team
Health and Wellness
Join the Junior Raiders Dance Team! The Junior Raiders Dance Team is a new non-competitive club available to students in 3rd-6th grade who attend a school in the Roseville District. The program focuses on building basic technique and skills in dance as well as promoting school spirit. This group will perform at the Roseville Dance Team's winter show on Saturday January 17th, 2026! Each participant will receive a RDT t-shirt to wear in the winter show! The Junior Raiders Dance Team is a fun, low-commitment opportunity for elementary students to be introduced to the sport of dance team and prepare for the 7-12th grade dance team. The team meets once per week starting Monday, November 10th and continues to meet through January 2026. Our routines are fun and choreographed with all experience levels and an academic environment in mind. Students can join with or without dance experience. No tryout necessary, all who join will be a member of the Junior Raiders Dance Team!

Each day promotes self-care and balance with experiences like music yoga, hydration stations, and mindful listening walks both inside and outside the school. This wellness-focused week helps students build healthy habits, improve self-awareness, and take time to care for their minds and bodies in a supportive, engaging environment.

Keep your body moving even when school is out! Climb, play games, and meet new friends at the Minneapolis Bouldering Project! Adventure Days are a great way to keep busy when school is out! We dive deep into a sport whose physical and mental benefits are tangible and diverse, and we have a dependable caring staff whose focus is on youth development. Adventure days are for kiddos aged 5-12. Adventure Days are held at Minneapolis Bouldering Project- 1433 West River Rd N Minneapolis, MN 55411 Please bring your own lunch, water bottle and a healthy snack

Roseville Dance Team Kids Clinic
Health and Wellness
Come dance with the Roseville Dance Team! Open to boys and girls ages 3 -12. Come learn new dance skills and two fun routines in which you will perform alongside RDT in our annual winter show. Participants will be provided snack/lunch during the clinic as well as a t-shirt that they can keep and will wear for the winter show performance. Check in 10-10:30am at RAHS lower gym lobby, Clinic starts at 10:30am-12:30pm. Participants will stay with the dance team, then perform in the Roseville Dance Team Winter Show of which doors open at 12:30pm and the show begins at 1:00pm. The show should last 90-120 minutes. **PLEASE NOTE: All Registrations after 1/9 will not receive a T-Shirt

Each day is filled with creative projects that teach self-care and encourage imagination. It’s the perfect way to unwind, get crafty, and feel fabulous from head to toe!

Tykes Winter Sports Sampler with DASH Sports
Health and Wellness
DASH Sports Sampler camps provide players with an introductory experience to two popular sports games. This camp includes instruction in Lacrosse and Basketball. Little athletes will learn how to properly cradle, pass, and shoot and more! This camp ends on the final day with fun scrimmages and games. Participants should bring a water bottle and wear athletic clothing & shoes. All other equipment is provided. Parent participation is required for the 2-3yr old age group and recommended when needed for the 4+ year old age group.
