Afterschool Track and Field Camp with DASH Sports
DASH Sports Track & Field camps provide participants with practice in several areas including: Sprinting, javelin throwing, shotput, relay running, jumping and distance running. Campers will be tested/timed and re-tested on several events. Emphasis is on technique and proper form. Camp consists of many different types of physical activities, drills, and games, all tailored specifically to enhance overall track and field performance. Campers should bring a water bottle and wear athletic shoes.

Disco Splash! is back!Dance your heart out with our fun, high intensity aerobics class! Participants will do a combination of dance and water exercise while utilizing both shallow and deep water. Participants must pre-register online/over the phone or at the doorThis is a high impact exercise class that will have loud music playing in the background. Course is not recommended for those with limited mobility or joint issues and participants must be able to maintain balance without assistance for the duration of class.

ECFE Summer 2024-25
Give your family a great start! The Roseville Area Schools ECFE program provides support and educational opportunities for all children from birth - kindergarten entry. Registration is limited to one 3-6 week class per child for our summer program (this does not apply to Drop In & Play or Park & Play classes). Sibling care is not available for summer 2025 classes. Engineering: Crazy Action Contraptions with Tech Academy
Science & Technology
Unleash your imagination as you journey through the wide-ranging world of LEGO® building. Students working in pairs will build models and discuss the engineering science behind each. This fun, hands-on class shows students how engineering can be fun and silly yet still educational. Students will then be challenged to improve the model and customize their creations. Possible models include the never-look-back machine, skittletops, do-nothing machine, coat hanger daredevil, trapdoor cable car parachute machine, rubber band racer, balloon-powered car, and other crazy action contraptions To ensure classes run as scheduled, registration for all Youth Enrichment programs will close the Wednesday before the start date. Be sure to register early to reserve your spot! If you love to travel and love to write, this is for you! We will discuss how to use all your senses in a new destination to create more detailed and in-depth descriptions that capture and maintain readers’ interest, and whether or not you need to include photos with your work. You will also learn how to find and submit your finished product to print and online markets, the business side of travel writing (how to take travel tax deductions), and how to avoid worn-out travel writing cliches. Informative handouts for future use are included in class fee.

Extreme Robotics: Battlebots with Tech Academy
Science & Technology
This camp will energize and excite students by combining the LEGO® building system's versatility and the Mindstorms EV3 (the most sophisticated microcomputer brick ever made by LEGO®). Working each day in teams, students will construct fun LEGO® models, experiment with programs, and compete in robotic challenges. Robot building, block programming, and teamwork will be part of each day's activities. The final challenges will be centered around hitting targets and a sumo battle. Students will be working in small teams of 2-3. To ensure classes run as scheduled, registration for all Youth Enrichment programs will close the Wednesday before the start date. Family Paint Night - Spring Bouquet
Creative Arts
A parent-child paint date is a fun and creative activity that allows parents and children to bond while exploring their artistic side together. In this type of class, parents and children work together to create a painting. The class is designed to be interactive and engaging, with the instructor providing step-by-step guidance on painting techniques and offering tips and tricks for parents and children to create a cohesive and beautiful painting!

Children will have the chance to view and touch live reptiles, learn where they live, and what makes them special. 10:45 – 11:30 Explore nature on walking trails and in the exhibit room.
