Stretch, smile, and snuggle your way through Puppy Yoga! Kids will adopt a stuffed puppy, bead a custom collar, create puppy-themed crafts, and enjoy playful yoga inspired by their furry new friend. This heartwarming workshop blends movement, mindfulness, and creativity — helping kids build confidence, kindness, and calm. Everyone will take home their new puppy and all their creations at the end of the day! Presented by The Mindfulness Movement.

The Mindfulness Movement - Tara Willits

Tara Willits is a licensed Physical Education teacher with over a decade of experience in movement education and mindfulness. All activities are age-appropriate and trauma-informed, with a focus on emotional regulation and safe physical activity.
