Learn how to care/maintain a sourdough starter, observe a bread dough making demonstration, and get answers to the most common questions made while making sourdough. You will get ALL of Sandra's tips/tricks associated with sourdough bread making focused on keeping the process simple and manageable for anyone interested in making sourdough bread. This 90 minute in-person Sourdough Starter workshop includes a fresh active starter and printed copy of the essential information for each registered participant.

Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your registration, in order to receive a refund, you must notify Roseville Area Schools Community Education at least one (1) week prior to start date of the class/event/camp/activity, and that I will be issued a refund minus a $5 service charge. Registrations are not refunded in the event of a weather cancellation.
Sourdough bread making has surged in popularity, and Sandra Brenes, owner of Studio B Bakery, is here to help you master it. With over 20 years of teaching experience, Sandra shares her approachable, practical baking methods inspired by her Costa Rican mother-in-law’s effortless, wholesome cooking. Since opening her home bakery in 2019, she has sold organic and gluten-free baked goods locally and now teaches sourdough and sustainable living workshops in person and online.
