Afterschool Track and Field Camp with DASH Sports
DASH Sports Track & Field camps provide participants with practice in several areas including: Sprinting, javelin throwing, shotput, relay running, jumping and distance running. Campers will be tested/timed and re-tested on several events. Emphasis is on technique and proper form. Camp consists of many different types of physical activities, drills, and games, all tailored specifically to enhance overall track and field performance. Campers should bring a water bottle and wear athletic shoes.

Disco Splash! is back!Dance your heart out with our fun, high intensity aerobics class! Participants will do a combination of dance and water exercise while utilizing both shallow and deep water. Participants must pre-register online/over the phone or at the doorThis is a high impact exercise class that will have loud music playing in the background. Course is not recommended for those with limited mobility or joint issues and participants must be able to maintain balance without assistance for the duration of class.

Sibling Care-Twos Classes

Child care is offered to siblings of ECFE class participants and is available on a sliding fee scale. Newborns and young babies birth to 4 months are welcome to come to ECFE classes with their parents. After that time, we request that your child attend sibling care or that you find an alternate child care option.

Fitness
The SilverSneakers Fitness Program can open the door to better health, greater independence, and a more fulfilling life. It is an equipment-based, multi-level, total-body conditioning class in which students use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, a SilverSneakers playball, and a chair for standing and/or seated support. Exercises will work all major and minor muscle groups, addressing strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, balance, coordination, agility, speed, and power. SilverSneakers is a class for everyone. All equipment is provided. *NEW* Purchase a SilverSneakers Drop-in Pass Card! Valid for SilverSneakers classes only. Bring your card each time you come to class. Punch card will be given to you on your first attended open gym. One punch per person, per visit. Not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Non-refundable. Open to ages 18+ Expires 6/30/25

It’s a slime takeover! In this camp, slime is the main event. We’ll explore different slime recipes as we create tons of gooey, sparkly, stretchy, messy goo. From an out-of-this-world glitter solar system slime, confetti cake slime and bubblegum scented slime, we’ll make a different slime during each day of camp. We’ll even throw in a little painting and sculpting on the side, too! Roll up your sleeves, and get ready for the Slime -Tastic time you’ve been waiting for! Songs and Scenes from Frozen with Character Kids Drama

Welcome to Arendelle where we join Anna, Elsa, Olaf, and the rest of the gang in this fun-filled camp! Students will learn songs and scenes from the popular Disney musical, Frozen. Come try out different characters, styles, and songs while playing theater games and learning important stage skills. Family and friends are invited to a special performance on the last day of camp. Focus is put on developing imagination, social skills, and a positive self image through the performing arts.

Hakuna Matata! In this fun-filled camp, students will learn the basics of acting, singing, and musical theater dance while rehearsing songs and scenes from the hit Disney classic, The Lion King. In this class you will need a mat and a pillow, perhaps a blanket, as you relax and enjoy the playing of 7 chakra singing bowls and other modes of sound healing.

Get ready to soak up the sun, feel the beat, and dive into the coolest event of the season! Join us for a Summer Splash Pool Party, where the water is cool, the vibes are hot, the music is loud, and the fun never stops. Throw on your brightest swimwear and come make some unforgettable summer memories. We'll even bring out our animal pool floats! Don't forget your towel and your best summer energy—this is one party you don’t want to miss! PRICING Child Pool Entry - $10 For youth 18 and under. Ages 15-18 can attend on their own. Ages 13-14 must have an adult stay in the building. Ages 9-12 must have an adult in the pool room. Ages 8 and under must have an adult in the water with them. Please see full policy below before registering. Adult Pool Entry - $8 For ages 19+. If you have a child 8 years or younger or a child requires supervision in the pool, be sure to add on this adult entry since an adult is required to be in the water. *Drop-ins are welcome at time of event. Please be advised that our pool policy prohibits parents from dropping off children and we kindly request that parents remain on site. Child supervision expectations are below. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding! Child Supervision Expectations All children ages 14 and younger must check in with a lifeguard before entering the pool For all children ages 13 - 14 years: An adult must be present in the building. Parent does not need to be in the water. For all children ages 9 - 12 years: An adult must be present in the pool room (not the observation room). Parent does not need to be in the water. For all children ages 6 - 8 years: 1 adult must be in the pool for every 2 children. For all children ages 5 years and younger: 1 adult must be in the pool for every 2 children. Children must be within arms reach at all times. Children in swim diapers must wear a plastic diaper cover in pool. Pool Expectations: No one will be allowed in the swimming area unless the pool is officially open, and a lifeguard is on duty. Swimming without a Ready-To-Rescue Lifeguard present on deck is prohibited. Running, rough play, dunking, wrestling, or other improper conduct causing undue disturbances on or about the pool area or any acts which would endanger any patron are prohibited. No prolonged underwater swimming for time and/or distance. Competitive and/or repetitive breath holding can be deadly and is not permitted. Hyperventilation is absolutely not permitted. To ensure safety, check with the lifeguard before entering the pool with floatation devices. Swimmers MUST take a shower (with soap) before entering the pool. Swimmers must wear appropriate swimsuits. Jewelry, street shoes, street clothes, gym shorts, cut offs and underwear are not permitted in the pool. Clean t-shirts may be worn for modesty or medical reasons but first must be sanctioned by the Pool Manager. Children not potty-trained MUST wear a swim diaper or plastic, leak-proof pants while in the pool. Persons with a contagious disease, open sores, infectious conditions are prohibited from swimming. Any person who has or has had diarrhea in the past two weeks, please do not use the pool. No gum, food or drink allowed in the pool. No glass of any kind is allowed. No smoking or alcohol is allowed. Individuals under the influence of drugs or alcohol are not permitted. No running on pool deck. No diving from the side of the pool . This is a family friendly facility, please no intimate contact. Abusive, foul or racial remarks are prohibited. Items Allowed in the Pool: Lifejackets, pool noodles, puddle jumpers (non-inflatable). Plastic/metal water bottles (no glass). Small pool/bath toys. Shower/pool shoes. Towels. Please store any other personal items in the lockers. Lifeguards have the authority to enforce all pool rules and can ask you to leave if engaging in reckless behavior.

It’s springtime and that can only mean one thing: SPRINGTIME FUN WITH YOUNG REMBRANDTS! If your child enjoys the outdoors, they will love the upcoming Hummingbird lesson filled with color and whimsy. We’ll be drawing all season creating motorcycles, boats and even the butterfly life cycle! Artists will be challenged as they draw and shade a realistic portrait of famous composer Beethoven using color pencils. Sign up today!

Super Simple Skirt

Sew a simple skirt based on your own measurements, no pattern needed! A great skirt for spring and summer, this skirt has an elastic waistband and can be short or long. Students should be comfortable threading and using their sewing machine. Supplies (bring to class): Sewing machine in good working order with bobbin One package of assorted size Universal sewing machine needles Thread Elastic: 3/4” or 1” wide; long enough to go around your waist without stretching Fabric: light weight woven fabric such as cotton lawn, shirting, broadcloth, rayon, or quilting prints. Yardage will vary depending on your waist measurement and how long you want your finished skirt. Approximately 2 yards for a shorter skirt or 4 yards for a longer skirt is appropriate. Fabric scissors Pins Ruler or seam gauge Tape measure Seam ripper (optional) Yard stick (if you have one) Prep before class: Prewash and dry your fabric. Press out major wrinkles. Super Smash Brawlers Game Coding with Tech Academy

Unleash Your Ultimate Platform Fighter! Dive into the creation of a Super Smash Bros.-style game using Construct 3, a powerful and user-friendly game development platform. Students will learn how to design, develop, and implement various game mechanics, including character selection, combat systems, item integration, and stage design. Through hands-on projects and guided instruction, participants will learn game development principles and create a dynamic platform game. Bring a USB drive to save your games on the last day.
