Let imagination lead the way—one stone at a time! In this hands-on activity, students create and use painted stones with winter-themed images to spark their storytelling skills. Each stone becomes a magical piece of a bigger story, helping students practice creativity, sequencing, and oral or written storytelling.

Do you want a healthy, strong, lean, and toned body? This is the class for you. Exercises are modified to accommodate all levels and are designed to hit all major muscle groups to improve muscular strength and endurance. Hand weights are provided. Please bring a floor mat. This is a floor work class based on deep breathing, flexibility, alignment, and building and maintaining core strength. You'll leave stronger, stretchier, and lighter in both body and mind. Please bring a yoga mat. CLOSED: (Calendar subject to change) November 4 December 22 - January 2

A variety of water exercises including some fast paced, wall exercises, balance improvements, stretching and toning. Participants must be able to maintain balance without assistance for the duration of class

Explore the benefits of T’ai Chi Chih, a moving meditation that improves balance and flexibility, reduces stress, and promotes mindfulness and concentration. The practice of T’ai Chi Chih is easy to learn regardless of age or physical ability. Come as you are—no special clothing required, just bring flexible shoes or barefoot. Work with an accredited instructor on a healing art, not a martial art. Registration for all class sessions closes 3 days before the start date. Children love containers! They use containers to play, create, eat, and store things. Stacking, dumping, filling boxes and buckets is part of play! We will develop language as we name and describe containers by color, size, shape and function. Exploring math and seeing how much and what containers can hold and also creating art using containers will be part of this class. This is a non-separating class. Ages 12-48 months as of class start date.

Ice palaces, those magical transparent structures that glisten in the cold winter daylight and turn into fantastic light shows in the frigid night air, have been a part of the community culture of Saint Paul since 1886. In this robust visual presentation by Ice Palace Historian, Bob Olsen, you will explore how Minnesota became one of the few places on earth that host ice palaces for over 100 years. If you are new to Minnesota or just want to learn more about this unique architectural form, this course should be on your “must see” bucket list. In this hands-on course, students will learn how to create fun and engaging toys for cats and dogs which will then be donated to a local animal shelter. From tug toys and treat puzzles to felt mice and feathered wands, campers will use simple materials and big creativity to bring joy to furry friends in need.

In this cultural exploration activity, students will "travel" to Thailand to learn about the country’s traditions, lifestyle, and vibrant customs. They’ll discover what makes Thailand unique by exploring and doing hands-on craft that involves their language, landmarks, and festivals, while also tasting or making traditional Thai food. This immersive experience helps students appreciate global cultures and broadens their understanding of the world around them.

Get ready for a story-filled adventure with snacks on the side! Tales and treats is a one day book club where kids can come together to create and share their stories with each other. Join us for a day where stories come to life.

DASH Sports Sampler camps provide players with an introductory experience to two popular sports games. This camp includes instruction in Lacrosse and Basketball. Little athletes will learn how to properly cradle, pass, and shoot and more! This camp ends on the final day with fun scrimmages and games. Participants should bring a water bottle and wear athletic clothing & shoes. All other equipment is provided. Parent participation is required for the 2-3yr old age group and recommended when needed for the 4+ year old age group.
