Join us to prioritize your health! Water aerobics classes are a form of low-impact exercise. Water's buoyancy reduces stress on your joints, bones, and muscles. This can be especially helpful for people with arthritis, joint injuries, and similar conditions. Water exercise classes workout your entire body and promote cardiovascular health, muscle strength, and flexibility.

Register for a full month at a time, or for drop-in sessions!

Note: Looking for winter TABATA classes? TABATA is flying south for the winter to take a break and should be back in the spring. In the meantime, try a Disco Splash or H2O Cardio class instead!
