Do you want a healthy, strong, lean, and toned body? This is the class for you. Exercises are modified to accommodate all levels and are designed to hit all major muscle groups to improve muscular strength and endurance. Hand weights are provided. Please bring a floor mat.

Students will learn how to design, develop, and implement various game mechanics, including character selection, combat systems, item integration, and stage design. Learn how to produce a YouTube video podcast! You will become familiar with the ins and outs of creating your podcast. Explore ideas, make a script map, and more. We will also go over refining your audio using Audacity. Edit your video, add transitions, and insert a soundtrack. Then, share your finished video with the world. AM/ PM Camp only registration includes 3 hours of themed activities. Full day option includes both AM and PM Camps and "Lets Do Lunch at Aŋpétu Téča Education Center"- a supervised lunch, recess and optional rest time. Rejuvenate your body with Yin Yoga postures that target your body’s deep connective tissues while promoting a quiet and relaxed mind. Yin Yoga postures are held longer than traditional yoga poses, allowing a healthy flow of energy throughout the body. Our most gentle class - YogaStretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. Keep your shoes on! No floor work!
