Women, Weight & Hormones
Mind & Body
Is fat collecting around your mid-section and no matter how well you watch what you eat or how much you exercise that weight is not budging? Until you discover and correct any imbalances, trying to lose weight will be like shoveling sand against the tide. You will learn key strategies for fighting fat and losing weight including: concrete solutions (not tricks, not using your will power) for controlling appetite and cravings; boosters to keep your metabolism burning brightly; how to tell if your thyroid is creating weight problems and what to do about it; hormone mimicking chemicals; what HRT or birth control pills have to do with weight gain; hormone levels checked reliably; steps needed to safely break the vicious cycle of hormone related weight gain to help your body begin to lose weight again. Youth Lessons
Encouraging Safe, Fun Experiences! Promoting water safety from a young age helps keep your child safe as they become more self-confident and believe in their abilities. The pool can also provide much entertainment and enjoyment for young ones! Register your child for swim lessons to provide the foundation for a lifetime of fun in the water. Unsure Which Level to Register For? Contact our Aquatics Manager, Hailee, at 651-604-3746 or hailee.gordon@isd623.org. We offer swim level assessments to help you determine which level would be the best fit for your child. Our Mission To ensure every child builds a strong foundation of skills, confidence, and safety awareness, we prioritize comprehensive aquatic education over rapid progression through swim levels. We are committed to small class sizes and personalized attention for each swimmer. Every child is unique, and their journey through swim levels may vary based on size and strength. Smaller children may take a bit longer to progress, and that's completely normal. We believe in individualized progress, nurturing each child's abilities at their own pace, and celebrating the milestones achieved along the way!
