Join us in this non-separating yoga class, where you and your little one will have fun moving together, exploring sights, sounds and movement. Crafted with postpartum-safe movements, it's just the right blend of relaxation and strength-building for your body. We will also be discussing some basics of infant growth and development, and helping you connect with a supportive community of new parents. Parent Educator Jessica has years of experience working with postpartum parents and families, helping them reconnect with their bodies through yoga and mindfulness. Birth - 8 months. Ages as of class start date. Yoga mats are provided.
