Aquatics / Water Exercise -
Winter/Spring 2025

Disco Splash! is back!

Dance your heart out with our fun, high intensity aerobics class! Participants will do a combination of dance and water exercise while utilizing both shallow and deep water.  

Participants must pre-register online/over the phone or at the door

This is a high impact exercise class that will have loud music playing in the background. Course is not recommended for those with limited mobility or joint issues and participants must be able to maintain balance without assistance for the duration of class.
