This course offers a unique blend of stretching and relaxation techniques within the soothing environment of water. Designed for all fitness levels, participants will engage in gentle stretching exercises and deep-breathing practices while floating or moving through the water. By combining the benefits of water resistance with mindful movements, you will enjoy the revitalizing experience of this class!

Participants must pre-register online/over the phone or pay cash at the door. Participants must also be able to maintain balance without assistance for the duration of class.
