Did you know phyllo pastry can transform your cooking? Say goodbye to your fear of this delicate, paper-thin dough! In this class, we’ll explore a variety of appetizers, main dishes, and desserts made with phyllo.
We'll kick things off with "phyllo kisses," a quick and easy 5-minute appetizer. Next, we'll create delicious, flaky feta cheese triangles that are perfect for entertaining—prepare them in advance and freeze until your guests arrive! For the main course, we’ll roll chicken and fresh vegetables, like broccoli in a creamy cheese sauce, in this golden, crispy pastry.
And, of course, no phyllo class would be complete without baklava—loaded with nuts and drenched in sweet honey syrup. By the end of the evening, you’ll feel confident working with phyllo, and you’ll leave with a handy tip sheet to ensure perfect results every time. Join us for a fun culinary adventure!
