Junior LifeguardYouth LessonsThis course is for youth (ages 14+) that are able to swim 150 yards proficiently or have passed all the Red Cross swim levels! The course is designed to build a foundation of knowledge and attitude for future Lifeguards. This is both water and land based learning. Join us! There is NO COST for this course! Skills learned: First-aid and CPR, rescue techniques, water safety, situational awareness, and personal health.Winter/Spring 2023
