This is a low-impact, intensive aerobic workout in shallow water that utilizes the resistance of the water and equipment to strengthen, tone, and stretch muscles.Participants must be able to maintain balance without assistance for the duration of class.

K-2 Allied Adventures: Life Sized Games + Go Team Go: Sportsmanship
AM/ PM Camp only registration includes 2 hours of themed activities.Full day option includes both AM and PM camps as well a variety of activities including move and groove time, team building, recess, snack and lunch provided by Nutrition Services AM Camp Life Sized Games 9:30am-11:30am Life Sized Games: Who doesn't love life size games? We will be creating and playing larger like life sized games. From giant chutes and ladders, to Ker-Plunk, and so much more. PM Camp Go Team Go: Sportsmanship 1:30pm-3:30pm Go Team Go: Sportsmanship: Teamwork makes the dreams work! Having good sportsmanship is an important part of having a strong team. In this camp, we will be playing group games to build on encouraging eachother and working together to thrive together! Full Day AM + PM CampLife Sized Games + Go Team Go: Sportsmanship 9:00am- 4:00pm Full Day opportunity includes AM & PM camps as well as a variety of activities including move and groove (active time), Daily Special (fun themed based activity), Team Time (team building/SEL activities) and an afternoon snack.Full Day Schedule9:00-9:30 Move and Groove9:30-11:30 AM Camp 11:30-12:30 Lunch and Recess 12:30-1 Daily Special 1:00-1:30 Team Time 1:30-3:30 PM Camp 3:30-4 Snack/ Pick Up *Lunch is provided for free by Nutrition Services. Youth Lessons
This course focuses on water exploration for children ages 3 to 5! Students will work on very basic water skills to help build confidence and comfort in and around water. Promoting water safety from a young age will help to keep your child safe as they become more self-confident and believe in their abilities. The pool can also provide a lot of entertainment and enjoyment for young ones! Skills taught: Enter & Exit water using steps or side Blow bubbles with mouth Look at objects on bottom of pool Front float for 3+ seconds (w/ support) Back float for 3+ seconds (w/ support) Roll from front to back (w/ support) Roll from back to front (w/ support) Front glide (w/ support) Back glide (w/ support) “Scooping” on front (w/ support) Kicking on front (w/support) Kicking on back (w/ support) Jump into water (w/ support) Put ears in water "Monkey" Crawl along wall Follows Directions Water Safety Skills Note: Students who are still working on potty training MUST wear appropriate swim diapers and plastic covers. Students will be turned away if not wearing the appropriate swim diapers/covers. Parents MUST remain in the building during lessons and should stay within eyesight of the pool for quick contact if needed.
