Level 3, Ages 5-8

Aquatics / Youth Lessons -
Winter/Spring 2026

Students will learn:

  • Front float with roll to back float
  • Back float with roll to front
  • Survival float with 3+ breaths
  • Front glide in streamline position (two body lengths)
  • Back glide in streamline position (two body lengths)
  • Front crawl 10 yards
  • Elementary backstroke arms 10 yards
  • Breaststroke kick 5 yards
  • Back crawl 10 yards
  • Swim, Float, Swim 25 yards
  • Tread water for 30+ seconds
  • Retrieve object off bottom of pool in deep water
  • Seated dive from side of pool (PARKVIEW POOL ONLY)
  • Water Safety Skills

Parents MUST remain in the building during lessons and should stay within eyesight of the pool for quick contact if needed
