Holiday Gift “Cold Process” Beginning Soap Making
Are you interested in learning a new hobby? Come and join the holiday fun! Make your own crafted holiday soaps and surprise for friends and family with some special holiday gifts! You will learn the cold making process. All of the materials will be supplied by instructor. At the end of class, you will have a completely holiday handmade batch of 6-8 bars of soap to use as gifts or for yourself! The soaps will take 4-6 weeks to “cure” and will be ready just in time for holiday gifts!$15.00 will be paid directly to the instructor for supplies.

Online registration is available until 4:00 p.m. the day prior to session. Schedules will be posted weekly. *Preregistration required. Limit of 24 participants.Current Schedule: Mondays & Wednesdays, 7:30 - 9:30 PM OPEN PICKLEBALL (No Instructor)Pickleball is a fun and popular game that is a combination of several classic games - badminton, tennis and table tennis! It is easy for beginners of all ages to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced game for experienced players. People of all ages and athletic abilities will find that pickleball is an enjoyable sport with straightforward rules. Open play means that all players of any skill level are invited to play on the courts. Players rotate in and out of games to ensure everyone has the opportunity to play. Bring your own paddle, game balls and nets are provided (limited number of extra paddles available). 3 courts available for play. Follow the pickleball rules and guidelines stated in the USAPA rulebook. Court shoes must be worn. Open to ages 18+. No refunds will be issued for non-attendance. Fees are non-transferable and cannot be applied to another day. Be courteous of all skill levels and enjoy playing! No reserved courts.

Water Exercise
This is a low-impact, extremely light aerobic workout in shallow water that focuses on stretching and toning muscles while utilizing the resistance of the water and equipment. Competitive Swim Camp

The Roseville Competitive Summer Swim Camp is designed for students grades 6-12 who have competitive swim experience. Swimming experience may be from being on the Roseville High School Swim team or another program like a club swim team or the YMCA swim team. Every 1.5 hour practice includes 30 minutes of "dryland" and one hour in the pool. Dryland workouts focus on flexibility, strength and overall athleticism, while swim workouts will focus on endurance, technique and swimming speed. Participants should, at a minimum, be able to complete 100 yards of swimming in two minutes without a break and be able to do land activities like running, jumping, pushups and sit-ups safely. These sessions are a perfect opportunity for competitive swimmers who want to begin the high school season in shape or to bridge the gap between spring and fall sports. Swim Camp will be coached by Michael Richards, RAHS Boys Swimming and Diving Head Coach and Joe Anderson, RAHS Girls Swimming and Diving Head Coach. June Session July Session Early Bird Price - $195 (Ends May 10th) Early Bird Price - $220 (Ends June 7th) Regular Price - $220 Regular Price - $250 There is no possibility to pro-rate fees, switch or make-up dates. Students must be registered prior to arriving on the pool deck, payment and registration will not be accepted on the Parkview pool deck or at Parkview Center School.

Join us for Open Swim or Lap Swim in our pool at Aŋpétu Téča Education Center! One session: $8 Five sessions: $35 Register and pay online or register and pay at the front desk at Aŋpétu Téča Education Center. Unused passes from the previous season are still valid. *For any session that starts after 4:00pm or is on weekends, you must pay in advance and show confirmation at check in or pay in cash. We cannot accept credit cards during that time period. Please view our pool guidelines and safety regulations on the Aquatics FAQ page before using our facilities. One adult for every two children 14 years and younger must be present with them during swim times. Children left unattended will not be allowed to swim. Summer 2024 Hours (June 3 -Aug 30): Lap Swim Open Swim Open Swim - Adults Only Mondays 11:00am - 1pm 9:00 - 10:45am ------- Tuesdays 7:45 - 9:00am, 12:15 - 2:00pm 9:30 - 10:45am Wednesdays 11:00am - 1pm ------- ------- Thursdays 7:45 - 9:00am 6:45 - 8:00pm 9:30 - 10:45am Fridays 11:00am - 12:30pm 9:00 - 10:45am ------- The pool will be closed after 6:00pm on August 13. Youth Lessons
This course focuses on water skills for children ages 3 to 5 that are ready to swim on their own! Students will build on their water skills and grow their independence. Promoting water safety from a young age will help to keep your child safe as they become more self-confident and believe in their abilities. Skills taught: Enter & Exit water from side Blow bubbles with nose (humming) Bobbing Front float for 3+ seconds Back float for 3+ seconds Jelly fish float for 3+ seconds Roll from back to front Roll from front to back Front glide (one body length) Back glide (one body length) “Scooping” and kicking on front 5 feet Flutter kicking on back 5 feet Elementary backstroke arms 5 feet (w/ support) Swim, Float, Swim 10 feet (w/ support) Jump in (w/ support) Follows Directions Water Safety Skills Note: Students who are still working on potty training MUST wear appropriate swim diapers and plastic covers. Students will be turned away if not wearing the appropriate swim diapers/covers. T.A.B.A.T.A Fitness
Water Exercise
This water aerobics class combines music and movement to facilitate movement in the deep and shallow areas of the pool. It is designed to improve your range of motion, flexibility, strength and tone of muscles. The use of T.A.B.A.T.A. (high intensity physical training) sessions during class improves cardiovascular endurance.
