Rejuvenate your body with Yin Yoga postures that target your body’s deep connective tissues while promoting a quiet and relaxed mind. Yin Yoga postures are held longer than traditional yoga poses, allowing a healthy flow of energy throughout the body. Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in and bring a yoga mat, blanket, and bolster or large pillow. Registration for all class sessions closes 3 days before the start date. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. Keep your shoes on! No floor work!

Ready to speak with confidence? In this course, you’ll learn the basics of public speaking through debates, improv games, and writing skits. You’ll practice projecting your voice, persuading your audience, and engaging listeners in a fun, supportive environment. Zumba exercise classes are "fitness-parties" that blend upbeat world rhythms with easy-to-follow choreography and fitness toning moves for a total-body workout. Blast off into a SPANISH adventure that is out of this world! This class is perfect for young explorers eager to learn Spanish while exploring the wonders of the universe. Through astronaut role-plays and rocket themed crafts & activities, students will learn key vocabulary and phrases related to space, planets, and more. With engaging instructors, this fun, bilingual course builds basic language skills and fosters a love for the cosmos. Join us for a summer camp that’s truly stellar! Appropriate for incoming students in Grades 1st- 5th with any level of Spanish experience.
