Ceramics Wheel Throwing
Learn the basics of creating pottery on the wheel. This class is designed for the beginner as well as individuals who wish to continue developing their skills on the potter’s wheel. Each class will include a demonstration and independent work time. The instructor will assist you with developing basic throwing skills as well as advanced techniques. Participants will learn how to create cylinders, bowls, vases, mugs, and more. This is a great class to learn at your own pace and have fun. No class on September 23 or November 4. Pick up date: December 2.Supply fee of $25 payable to the instructor. Create a wand and magical pendant using TinkerCAD while learning 3D design skills. They'll also do fun Harry Potter-inspired challenges and create themed video games while waiting for the prints to finish. Student-designed pendants will be printed and sent home. Students will design 3D objects using TinkerCAD and use the 3D slicing program Cura to bring their creations to life. We will be designing a droid. Create fun designs to complete different out of this world CAD challenges and create themed video games while waiting for models to print. Two 3D models will be printed to bring home. Keep cool and join us for a swimming adventure at Cascade Bay! Float down the lazy river or plunge into the deep end. No matter your comfort level, Cascade Bay has something for you. Youth also get a free pass to play mini golf when they need a break from the waves.

Whether they’re a newbie or already a pro, we’ll teach them the skills they need through fun drills and fast-paced games. Get ready to run, laugh, and throw down on the field! PM Camp Only Volleyball 1:30pm-3:30pm Volleyball: Spike, serve and set! Whether your student is a beginner or looking to level up, this volleyball camp is the place to be. They will learn key skills like passing, setting, and hitting through fun drills and scrimmages. It’s all about improving their game, making new friends, and having a blast on the court! Students will explore the basics of electrical circuits, energy, and engineering as they bring their creations to life. It’s the perfect chance to unleash their inner inventor and dive into the mechanics behind cool, motor-powered projects! This creative, hands-on adventure encourages kids to dive into the world of filmmaking. From designing sets and costumes to learning about stage cues and lighting, your student will explore all the exciting behind-the-scenes jobs that bring a movie to life. It's a fun-filled, action-packed experience that sparks imagination and passion for the art of film! PM Camp Only Storytelling 1:30pm-3:30pm Storytelling: Welcome to the storytellers’ studio! Kids will bring classic tales to life through their voices, gestures, and imaginations. Each day, students will dive into a new fairytale while learning how to express emotions, build suspense, and use body language to enhance their storytelling. By the end of the week, they'll perform their own unique retelling of a story, celebrating their newfound skills in a fun and supportive environment! Students will dive into the world of forensics, using science to solve "crimes" through fingerprint analysis, DNA testing, and more. They’ll work in teams to uncover clues, solve puzzles, and use real-life forensic techniques to crack the case. A perfect blend of mystery, science, and hands-on fun! Students will dive into the art of cryptography, learning how to crack secret messages, decipher codes, and even create their own puzzles to solve.
