Discover the joy of painting—no experience required! Instructor Jay Rupp loves working with people who’ve never picked up a brush, can’t draw a stick figure, or don’t consider themselves “artistic.” In fact, the more reluctant you are, the more fun you’ll have and the more amazed you’ll be by what you create!
Using the signature wet-on-wet oil painting technique made famous by Bob Ross, you’ll paint a serene “Split Rock” landscape step-by-step. All materials - including paints, brushes, and a 16x20” canvas - are provided. Your masterpiece will be ready to take home, frame, and display the same day (though it will take about four weeks to fully dry). Frames will also be available for purchase during class.
Whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned painter, come experience the magic of painting happy little trees!
Registration for all class sessions closes 3 days before the start date.
