Join Mimi’s Lasagna Masterclass! Learn how to craft lasagna sheets from scratch, along with a rich, flavorful red sauce and a creamy alfredo sauce, then layered with a delicious mozzarella and parmesan cheese filling. Perfect for both vegetarians and meat lovers alike.

Please note: Participants will need to purchase ingredients ahead of time and bring them to class. Bring a 9x13" pan to cook your lasagne in. Click here to view the ingredient list. 

Registration for all class sessions closes 3 days before the start date.

Late Registration: If you miss the deadline but are still interested, you can contact the Community Ed office by emailing us at CommunityEd@isd623.org or calling: 651-604-3770. Space may be limited, but we'll try our best to accommodate late registrations.

Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your registration, in order to receive a refund, you must notify Roseville Area Schools Community Education at least one (1) week prior to start date of the class/event/camp/activity, and that I will be issued a refund minus a $5 service charge. Registrations are not refunded in the event of a weather cancellation.
