Barre is a low-impact dance inspired routine that focuses on small, controlled movements to strengthen and stabilize smaller muscle groups.
The back of a chair serves as the barre in this workout, which helps balance your body as you find correct alignment. Barre workouts aim to improve flexibility, balance, and posture while also building strength and endurance. It's suitable for all fitness levels and is designed to be user-friendly. No dance experience required!
