Calming Stress and Anxiety

Adult Enrichment / Mind & Body -
Winter/Spring 2025

We live in difficult times, and Americans are among the most stressed people in the world. Left unchecked, stress can contribute to a number of life-threatening conditions – obesity, heart disease, and stroke, as well as anxiety and depression. Energy medicine teaches us that staying grounded and focused is key to preventing stress from causing long-term harm. Join me to learn the relationship between stress and disease as well as several self-help techniques to help you stay calm and collected.
