She holds a B.S. in Scientific and Technical communications and certifications from the American Council in Fitness, including Personal Fitness Trainer, Medical Exercise Specialist and Health Coach. She is an IDEA Master Trainer and FallProof! ™ Balance and Mobility Specialist through the Center for Successful Aging at California State University, Fullerton.
