Roseville Area Schools Community Education

Join us for a delightful class just in time for Valentine's Day! You'll create and sample a variety of rich, indulgent recipes, then take home a selection of your favorites. At home, you can impress your sweetheart by making their special treat! Our recipes include mousse, brownies, dipping chocolate, hot fudge sauces, decadent truffles, Italian ricotta cheesecake, and orange ricotta custard, among others.

Remember, chocolate is perfect for any occasion! Don’t forget to bring containers to safely transport your delicious creations home.

Registration for all class sessions closes 3 days before the start date.
