Pose & Play: Puppy Yoga with The Mindfulness Movement
Stretch, smile, and snuggle your way through Puppy Yoga! Kids will adopt a stuffed puppy, bead a custom collar, create puppy-themed crafts, and enjoy playful yoga inspired by their furry new friend. This heartwarming workshop blends movement, mindfulness, and creativity — helping kids build confidence, kindness, and calm. Everyone will take home their new puppy and all their creations at the end of the day! Presented by The Mindfulness Movement.

Traditional French Cuisine (Participation Class)
Experience exquisite French classics starting with french onion soup topped with toasted croutons and gruyere cheese, browned to perfection, followed by “Coq au Vin”, tender breast of chicken sautéed with pearl onions, mushrooms and bacon in a rich burgundy wine sauce served with a delicious wild rice blend and green beans amandine. We’ll finish with chocolate souffle, light, yet moist with an exceptional chocolatey goodness. Served with creme anglaise, caramel, and raspberry sauce. Space may be limited, but we'll try our best to accommodate late registrations. Refund PolicyIf you need to cancel your registration, in order to receive a refund, you must notify Roseville Area Schools Community Education at least one (1) week prior to start date of the class/event/camp/activity, and that I will be issued a refund minus a $5 service charge. Registrations are not refunded in the event of a weather cancellation.

Parenting During Times of Community Crisis For parents and caregivers with children age 3 - grade 3! With specific attention to the recent ICE activity in Minnesota, this session will explore how stress, fear and uncertainty impact adults, and how stress can show up in children's emotions and behavior. With guidance from Rachael Opseth, Licensed Professional Counselor at Deep River Counseling, parents will: Learn practical ways to manage their own reactions, regulate stress and stay present during difficult moments. Gain age-appropriate tools for talking with children about hard or scary topics, responding to big emotions and questions, and creating a sense of safety, routine and stability. Leave with concrete strategies and resources to use during times of crisis and uncertainty so they can feel more grounded, confident and steady for their children. Join us in this non-separating yoga class, where you and your little one will have fun moving together, exploring sights, sounds and movement. Crafted with postpartum-safe movements, it's just the right blend of relaxation and strength-building for your body. We will also be discussing some basics of infant growth and development, and helping you connect with a supportive community of new parents. Parent Educator Jessica has years of experience working with postpartum parents and families, helping them reconnect with their bodies through yoga and mindfulness.
