Swim Level Assessments
This is NOT a swim lessonThe course is set up to help place youth into the correct level for swim lessons. We assess each swimmers skills to ensure their safety during lessons during group sessions. Each assessment will take no more than 5 minutes There can be up to 2 swimmers per assessment Assessments will be done in the order of which swimmers arrive We ask that swimmers promptly leave the pool after an assessment We will stop accepting new assessments 30 minutes before the designated time ends

Attend this “hands on” class for the electrical beginner. Learn about different wire gauge, tools, test equipment and compare a variety of LED light bulbs. Hands on exercise includes installing outlet, switches and light fixture, energizing & testing the circuit. Bring screwdrivers, long nose & wire stripping pliers to class if you have them. Cost of Step by Step Guidebook to Home Wiring ($5.00) is collected at the class.

Basic Home Repair - Plumbing

Gain confidence by learning to repair minor plumbing problems or replace fixtures yourself. We will review the plumbing system, discuss all types of plastic and metal pipe and where use. We will take apart different types of faucets, replace pop-up drain assembly, toilet parts. There will be a demo on how to cut plastic pipe and solder copper pipe. Cost of Step by Step Guidebook to Home Plumbing ($5.00) will be collected at the class.
