Wooden Mosaic Star
Unleash your creativity and craftsmanship while you create a one-of-a-kind piece of wooden mosaic art in this hands-on workshop! In this session, students will craft a beautiful Mosaic Star from pre-cut wooden pieces. Whether you choose a rustic, modern, or whimsical style, your creation will reflect your personality since you'll have the freedom to paint or stain each piece to your liking. Once decorated, the pieces will be carefully arranged and assembled into a striking star-shaped mosaic using wood glue and a pin nailer. Ideal for beginners and seasoned crafters alike, this class offers a step-by-step guide to creating a stunning, personalized piece of indoor art for your home or as a thoughtful gift. $15 supply fee payable to instructor the night of class.Late Registration: If you miss the deadline but are still interested, you can contact the Community Ed office by emailing us at CommunityEd@isd623.org or calling: 651-604-3770. Space may be limited, but we'll try our best to accommodate late registrations. Refund PolicyIf you need to cancel your registration, in order to receive a refund, you must notify Roseville Area Schools Community Education at least one (1) week prior to start date of the class/event/camp/activity, and that I will be issued a refund minus a $5 service charge. Registrations are not refunded in the event of a weather cancellation.

We will learn about naming and recognizing feelings in ourselves and others, play games that promote regulation of feelings, have opportunities for big body play, and learn about ways to calm our bodies. Are you a caregiver for young children? A stay at home dad or mom? A nanny or grandparent providing care? This class is for you! We will connect during the late afternoon (which can be a challenging part of the day) and explore fun and creative activities with the children. We will learn about meal planning, routines and schedules, taking care of ourselves and more. There will be time to connect with the adults as part of this class. This is a separating class. Caregiver and Infant Yoga
ECFE Fall 2025-26
Join us in this non-separating yoga class, where you and your little one will have fun moving together, exploring sights, sounds and movement. Crafted with postpartum-safe movements, it's just the right blend of relaxation and strength-building for your body. We will also be discussing some basics of infant growth and development, and helping you connect with a supportive community of new parents. Parent Educator Jessica has years of experience working with postpartum parents and families, helping them reconnect with their bodies through yoga and mindfulness. Children birth - 10 months. We'll explore all areas of development in this class, especially for children in their first year of life (and parents and caregivers). Each week we will have activities to support a developmental area, such as physical, gross and fine motor, language, cognitive, social/emotional and more! Enjoy spending time with your child and experience the wonder of light. Light is all around us and children are curious and fascinated by all the different kinds of light they experience. Each week, you and your child will experience a children’s book by Ezra Jack Keats. We will have opportunities to create crafts, enjoy activities and play literacy games that support the theme of the book. This class will help lay the groundwork for a love of reading by participating in read-alouds of Peter’s Chair, The Snowy Day and more! This is a non-separating class. The Great Container Adventure!

Children love containers! They use containers to play, create, eat, and store things. Stacking, dumping, filling boxes and buckets is part of play! We will develop language as we name and describe containers by color, size, shape and function.
