Students will learn: Enter & Exit water from side Blow bubbles for 5+ seconds Bob 5 times Look at objects under water Front float for 5+ seconds (w/ support) Back float for 5+ seconds (w/ support) Roll from back to front (w/ support) Roll from front to back (w/ support) Front glide (w/ support) Back glide (w/ support) Scooping and kicking on front 5 feet (w/ support) Flutter kicking on back 5 feet (w/ support) Swim, Float, Swim 10 feet (w/ support) Jump in (w/ support) Treading motions 5+ seconds (w/ support) Forward movement 5 feet (front or back) Water Safety Skills Parents MUST remain in the building during lessons and should stay within eyesight of the pool for quick contact if needed. *Please note that there is no possibility to pro-rate fees, switch or make-up dates*

This course focuses on water exploration for children ages 3 to 5! Students will work on very basic water skills to help build confidence and comfort in and around water. Promoting water safety from a young age will help to keep your child safe as they become more self-confident and believe in their abilities. The pool can also provide a lot of entertainment and enjoyment for young ones! Skills taught: Enter & Exit water using steps or side Blow bubbles with mouth Look at objects on bottom of pool Front float for 3+ seconds (w/ support) Back float for 3+ seconds (w/ support) Roll from front to back (w/ support) Roll from back to front (w/ support) Front glide (w/ support) Back glide (w/ support) “Scooping” on front (w/ support) Kicking on front (w/support) Kicking on back (w/ support) Jump into water (w/ support) Put ears in water "Monkey" Crawl along wall Follows Directions Water Safety Skills Note: Students who are still working on potty training MUST wear appropriate swim diapers and plastic covers. Students will be turned away if not wearing the appropriate swim diapers/covers.Parents MUST remain in the building during lessons and should stay within eyesight of the pool for quick contact if needed.

ECFE Summer 2024-25
OPEN TO ALL! No need to register, no fee required. Just come and join the fun! The entire class is devoted to parent and child activities including dramatic play, sensory experiences, gym play, science, art projects and more. Each week will be filled with many creative and engaging learning activities for the whole family! These are non-separating classes. Birth-5 years. Tuesdays and Wednesdays at Prince of Peace Church (2561 Victoria St in Roseville) No class Wednesday, June 19 or the week of July 1-5

5-8 Zero Gravity Field Trip
Field Trips & Non-School Days
Jump, bounce, and play at Zero Gravity! We will compete in laser tag, play bouncy dodge ball, and try our run at the ropes course. Best of all, the individual trampolines are a great way to get fit in a fun way! Spending money is optional. Signed waiver is required at drop off.

Give your family a great start! The Roseville Area Schools ECFE program provides support and educational opportunities for all children from birth - kindergarten entry. Registration is limited to one 3-6 week class per child for our summer program (this does not apply to Drop In & Play or Park & Play classes). Sibling care is not available for summer 2025 classes. We are now offering Open Pickleball hours at our indoor gymnasium at Aŋpétu Téča Education Center! Bring your own paddle! Game balls and nets are provided. 3 courts are available for play. For ages 18+. We now sell 5-visit punch cards that can be used at any drop-in session. Purchase an Open Pickleball Pass Card! Valid for 5 open pickleball sessions. Bring your card each time you come to class. Punch card will be given to you on your first attended open gym. One punch per person, per visit. Not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
