This is a low-impact, intensive aerobic workout in shallow water that utilizes the resistance of the water and equipment to strengthen, tone, and stretch muscles.Participants must be able to maintain balance without assistance for the duration of class.

5-8 The Crafty Crochet and Floral Lab: Flower Press + Poke Crochet
AM/ PM Camp only registration includes 2 hours of themed activities.Full day option includes both AM and PM camps as well a variety of activities including move and groove time, team building, recess, snack and lunch provided by Nutrition Services AM Camp OnlyFlower Press 9:30am-11:30am Flower Press: Petal to the metal in this fun-filled flower pressing camp! Kids will gather fresh flowers and leaves to press and transform into beautiful creations to take home. Each day brings new plant discoveries and exciting projects, making this the perfect camp for nature lovers and aspiring crafters alike! PM Camp OnlyPoke Crochet 1:30pm-3:30pm Poke Crochet: Get ready to hook ‘em all at our Poké Crochet Camp! Kids will learn the art of crochet while creating their very own adorable anime characters. With easy-to-follow patterns and colorful yarn, students will craft their own pocket-sized creatures one stitch at a time!
