Learn how to research and pick your setting, make sure your opening grabs readers’ attention, use “red herrings” to misdirect your readers and create suspense until you’re ready for the final reveal. Our most gentle class - YogaStretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement. iPhone for Health and Emergencies is a class for anyone who owns an iPhone and wants to understand how to help themselves in an emergency.
