Ceramics Wheel Throwing
Learn the basics of creating pottery on the wheel. This class is designed for the beginner as well as individuals who wish to continue developing their skills on the potter’s wheel. Each class will include a demonstration and independent work time. The instructor will assist you with developing basic throwing skills as well as advanced techniques. Participants will learn how to create cylinders, bowls, vases, mugs, and more. This is a great class to learn at your own pace and have fun. No class on September 23 or November 4. Pick up date: December 2.Supply fee of $25 payable to the instructor. Once you have registered for the class, you can choose which way you want to participate. Each day you will receive an email with the link for the Zoom class so you can choose to come in-person, or dance in your living room! All in-person Jazzercise classes are held at Aŋpétu Téča Education Center, 1910 County Rd B W, Roseville. Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays: Cardio SculptA high intensity 60 minute mix of dance-based cardio and strength training for a calorie-crushing total body workout. Not only will you rock it to fresh pulse-pounding music, we also target the 3 major muscle groups – upper body, abs and legs – so, you’ll feel it where you need it!Tuesdays: Sculpt60Sculpt60: A hardcore mix of standing and floor work targets the major muscle groups to build strength and carve your curves. Weights, tubes and natural resistance engage your muscles while red-hot playlists distract you from the burn.Wednesdays: Interval CardioSculptOur signature dance-based class format with a metabolism-boosting twist. Alternate between high and low intensity dance-based cardio intervals (HIIT) for 40 minutes followed by 20 minutes of strength training and stretch. This class will have you working at your maximum to burn calories long after class is over.Fridays: alternate between PowerSculpt45 and CardioSculpt45 PowerSculpt45: We pump up the power in this circuit-based 45 minute class to work every angle of your body. Focused muscle pumping sets will challenge your strength, and the amplified dance moves will crank up your cardio.CardioSculpt45: Our signature class format packed into 45 minutes.
