Ceramics Wheel Throwing
Learn the basics of creating pottery on the wheel. This class is designed for the beginner as well as individuals who wish to continue developing their skills on the potter’s wheel. Each class will include a demonstration and independent work time. The instructor will assist you with developing basic throwing skills as well as advanced techniques. Participants will learn how to create cylinders, bowls, vases, mugs, and more. This is a great class to learn at your own pace and have fun. No class on September 23 or November 4. Pick up date: December 2.Supply fee of $25 payable to the instructor. Late Registration: If you miss the deadline but are still interested, you can contact the Community Ed office by emailing us at CommunityEd@isd623.org or calling: 651-604-3770. Space may be limited, but we'll try our best to accommodate late registrations. Refund PolicyIf you need to cancel your registration, in order to receive a refund, you must notify Roseville Area Schools Community Education at least one (1) week prior to start date of the class/event/camp/activity, and that I will be issued a refund minus a $5 service charge. Registrations are not refunded in the event of a weather cancellation.

Little Naturalists: Bug-tastic + Garden Discoveries
AM/ PM Camp only registration includes 3 hours of themed activities.Full day option includes both AM and PM Camps and "Lets Do Lunch at Aŋpétu Téča Education Center"- a supervised lunch, recess and optional rest time.We require all children to be fully potty trained to participate in camps. This means they can go to the bathroom and clean up independently. AM Camp Only 9:00am-12:00pm Bug-tastic: Do you love all things with wings and 6 or more legs? Come along on this week long bug safari! We will spend time outside searching for bugs that live in nature around us and dive into the life cycle of butterflies! PM Camp Only 1:00pm-4:00pm Garden Discoveries: Garden Discoveries little ones will explore the wonders of nature through hands-on gardening adventures! They’ll dig in the soil, plant seeds, and watch flowers bloom, all while learning about the life cycle of plants and the magic of the outdoors. Campers will engage in fun activities like crafting with natural materials, observing insects, and discovering how gardens grow. This camp fosters creativity, curiosity, and a love for nature, providing the perfect environment for young explorers to blossom!
