This workshop series covers the seven skills of conscious discipline: composure, encouragement, assertiveness, choices, empathy, positive intent and consequences. The seven skills emerge from the "Seven Powers for Conscious Adults" of Conscious Discipline. As caregivers become more conscious of their reactions to conflict, they can grow into the caregiver they want to be. This is a separating class. Birth-Grade 3.
