School age child care located in all the district elementary schools.
You’ll begin by preparing fresh Vietnamese summer rolls paired with a variety of dipping sauces. You'll then prepare Pad Thai blending the vibrant flavors of Thailand with rice noodles, chicken, eggs, chilies, garlic, basil, and more. Vietnamese spring rolls follow, stuffed with pork, turkey, and glass noodles, fried, with nuoc cham for dipping. We’ll finish with a smooth, creamy, lime custard topped with a dollop of fresh whipped cream.
Please note: this class will be held at Roseville Area High School in the new cooking classroom. This class is non-refundable in the event of weather cancelations.

Founder of "Flavors from Home" Jeff's love of food began at the Lincoln Del. He sought formal training at L'Hotel Sofitel in Bloomington, Minnesota and Houston, Texas. His 40 + year professional career has brought him to such spots as Buca Di Beppo, Figlio, Sunsets on the Bay, My Pie Pizza and Sunshine Factory to name just a few. He's appeared on several cooking shows demonstrating his culinary wizardry but his passion is teaching and demystifying the process of gourmet cooking.
