Discover the colorful and playful world of alcohol ink painting! This versatile medium is perfect for creating bold, abstract designs—and in this class, you’ll learn how to transform flowing inks into vibrant abstract roses. Using a simple hairdryer technique, you’ll move the inks across your paper, shaping petals and textures as the colors dry.
Add your own creative touch by layering backgrounds, blending colors, or incorporating leaves and other details. Your instructor will guide you step by step, helping you create a unique 6” x 9” painting in your choice of colors. If time allows, you’ll even have the chance to make a second piece.
The best part? Alcohol ink is wonderfully forgiving—if you don’t love a section, just wipe it away with isopropyl alcohol and try again.
Come ready to experiment, relax, and have fun exploring this exciting medium!

Kay paints because it makes her happy! To inspire someone else to feel joy is the ultimate gift. The possibilities of working with alcohol ink are endless and I am loving the journey. I hope my art speaks to you.
