You'll begin by preparing delicious egg rolls stuffed with pork, shrimp and vegetables served with both hot mustard and sweet and sour sauce for dipping. You'll then prepare fried rice using chicken, shrimp, fresh vegetables, and the secret sauce. Classic pork chow mein follows served with crispy egg noodles along with egg foo young made with both, chicken and shrimp. We’ll finish this extravaganza with a delightful lemon custard tort. This class is non-refundable in the event of weather cancellations.
Late Registration: If you miss the deadline but are still interested, you can contact the Community Ed office by emailing us at CommunityEd@isd623.org or calling: 651-604-3770. Space may be limited, but we'll try our best to accommodate late registrations.
Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your registration, in order to receive a refund, you must notify Roseville Area Schools Community Education at least one (1) week prior to start date of the class/event/camp/activity, and that I will be issued a refund minus a $5 service charge. Registrations are not refunded in the event of a weather cancellation.
Founder of "Flavors from Home" Jeff's love of food began at the Lincoln Del. He sought formal training at L'Hotel Sofitel in Bloomington, Minnesota and Houston, Texas. His 40 + year professional career has brought him to such spots as Buca Di Beppo, Figlio, Sunsets on the Bay, My Pie Pizza and Sunshine Factory to name just a few. He's appeared on several cooking shows demonstrating his culinary wizardry but his passion is teaching and demystifying the process of gourmet cooking.
