Girls Wrestling Clinic

Experience the fastest growing sport in the country. Girls wrestling! This clinic will teach the fundamentals of wrestling through exercise, drills, and games. No experience necessary — perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a great workout.
Led by accomplished high school wrestlers Anica "Bo" Barze & Alyzabeth Hiler of Roseville and Nora Akpan of Centennial, this clinic promises an engaging and supportive environment.
By participating, you’ll not only learn and enhance your skills, but also support our goal of raising funds for national tournaments.
Girls K-12 are invited to join. We will have 2 sessions with a lunch in between. Lunch will be provided. If you have dietary restrictions, please bring your own lunch.
Bring a water bottle, comfy clothes (no jeans), wrestling shoes if you have them (or wear socks), and a positive attitude. We can't wait to see you on the mat!
