  • Experience the fastest growing sport in the country. Girls wrestling! This clinic will teach the fundamentals of wrestling through exercise, drills, and games. No experience necessary — perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a great workout. 
  • Led by accomplished high school wrestlers Anica "Bo" Barze & Alyzabeth Hiler of Roseville and Nora Akpan of Centennial, this clinic promises an engaging and supportive environment. 
  • By participating, you’ll not only learn and enhance your skills, but also support our goal of raising funds for national tournaments. 
  • Girls K-12 are invited to join. We will have 2 sessions with a lunch in between. Lunch will be provided. If you have dietary restrictions, please bring your own lunch. 
  • Bring a water bottle, comfy clothes (no jeans), wrestling shoes if you have them (or wear socks), and a positive attitude. We can't wait to see you on the mat!
