Discover the art of creating a personalized wooden feather in this guided workshop, perfect for both beginners and seasoned crafters. Each participant will receive pre-cut wooden feather components, offering a canvas to bring their unique vision to life. Choose from a variety of paints and stains to customize your feather's appearance and select either a white or black spine to complement your design. With step-by-step guidance, you'll assemble your feather using glue and a pin nailer, ensuring a sturdy and polished finish. By the end of the session, you'll leave with a beautifully crafted wooden feather ready to adorn your space. Students should wear clothing that they can paint/stain in. $20 supply fee payable to instructor the night of class.

Kenna Bjerstedt, owner of Creation Station Crafts, has been creating beauty from ordinary wood for more than 20 years. Early on she learned that she was much more comfortable with saws, drills, and sandpaper than sewing machines and KitchenAid mixers. She has taught a variety of wooden art classes, often incorporating metal or leather elements to bring each piece to life and give it dimension. Kenna loves to provide creators with a comfortable, fun crafting experience and to have students leave with a feeling of pride in their beautiful work of art.
