Join us to prioritize your health! Water aerobics classes are a form of low-impact exercise. Water's buoyancy reduces stress on your joints, bones, and muscles. This can be especially helpful for people with arthritis, joint injuries, and similar conditions. Water exercise classes workout your entire body and promote cardiovascular health, muscle strength, and flexibility. Register for a full month at a time, or for drop-in sessions! Note: Looking for winter TABATA classes? TABATA is flying south for the winter to take a break and should be back in the spring. In the meantime, try a Disco Splash or H2O Cardio class instead!

We offer exciting enrichment opportunities for students before school, after school, on non-school days, and during the summer! These classes, camps, clubs, and field trips provide opportunities for your child to learn a new skill, discover a new hobby, and socialize with others! We currently offer activities for ages 0 to 18. Registration is NOW OPEN for February - May 2025! To register by phone, call 651-604-3770.
