Traditionally Scottish scones are a delectable quick bread that comes in assorted shapes. Enjoy a variety of easy scone recipes including Lemon Cream Scones and the traditional Currant Scone. We will taste wonderful lemon curd and traditional Devonshire cream or whipped cream for tea as we try our scones warm out of the oven. We will also make a White Chocolate Spread for our creations. Bring a container so you can save your scones, which can be frozen and reheated. 

Registration for all class sessions closes 3 days before the start date.
