Be guided in ancient and timeless yogic techniques of pranayama and gentle kriya, accessing the power of the breath and life force energy to reduce stress and tension, calm the systems of the body, improve concentration, sleep quality and your overall sense of presence and well being. Mainly a seated practice with some gentle movement.Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat and cushions or folded blankets to sit on. Chairs can be provided.
Registration for all class sessions closes 3 days before the start date.
Late Registration: If you miss the deadline but are still interested, you can contact the Community Ed office by emailing us at CommunityEd@isd623.org or calling: 651-604-3770. Space may be limited, but we'll try our best to accommodate late registrations.
Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your registration, in order to receive a refund, you must notify Roseville Area Schools Community Education at least one (1) week prior to start date of the class/event/camp/activity, and that I will be issued a refund minus a $5 service charge. Registrations are not refunded in the event of a weather cancellation.
Georgina Lisee is a well-traveled British yoga instructor with over a decade of teaching experience, primarily in Los Angeles. Now based in Minnesota, she’s excited to connect with the local community and share the wisdom she’s gained through her global journey. Georgina holds more than 1,000 hours of certified training from YogaWorks, Sattva Yoga Academy (Rishikesh, India), and Heart of Sound Healing Yoga. She is also an E-RYT 500, the highest credential recognized by Yoga Alliance. Her classes focus on authentic practices that support the nervous system, calm the mind, and uplift the heart. In addition to teaching yoga, Georgina has worked in caregiving and senior living settings, offering inclusive, creative, and music-infused wellness programs that promote connection and joy.
