Discover the beauty of this amazing meditative practice using your own voice to access deep peace. There is no way out but in… vibration is the pathway. Together we will release the stress and strains of our fast paced lives and embrace our authentic sound using this ancient Indian humming method, singing into the ocean of sound provided by live harmonium and sound system. No experience needed! Just bring a mat, cushions or blankets to sit on and dress comfortably. Chairs can be provided.

Registration for all class sessions closes 3 days before the start date.

Late Registration: If you miss the deadline but are still interested, you can contact the Community Ed office by emailing us at CommunityEd@isd623.org or calling: 651-604-3770. Space may be limited, but we'll try our best to accommodate late registrations.

Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your registration, in order to receive a refund, you must notify Roseville Area Schools Community Education at least one (1) week prior to start date of the class/event/camp/activity, and that I will be issued a refund minus a $5 service charge. Registrations are not refunded in the event of a weather cancellation.
