Adult Beginner

Aquatics / Adult Lessons -
Fall/Winter 2025

This course is for adults and teenagers ages 15+ who are first-time swimmers! These classes are designed to teach you basic swim skills, such as: breath control, submerging underwater, floats, glides, and forward movement on front and back. These classes are slower paced to help build confidence in and around water. It's never too late to start learning how to swim!

*Please note that there is no possibility to pro-rate fees, switch or make-up dates*
